1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RegistryReady Radiology (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Individual plans are available monthly ($39), quarterly ($99), or annually ($249).
  • School/cohort plans are billed annually as quoted.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new individual accounts. No credit card is required to start.
  • After your trial, you will need to subscribe to maintain access.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. Contact support@registry-ready.com to request a refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for annual plans after 30 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any platform content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy questions from the platform
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including questions, rationales, lessons, and design — is the property of RegistryReady Radiology and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

RegistryReady Radiology is an independent exam preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®). ARRT® is a registered trademark of The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

We make no guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing the ARRT examination. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegistryReady Radiology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
