1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). We collect usage data such as questions answered, scores, and session activity to power your progress tracker. If you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment information — we do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the RegistryReady platform
• To track your progress and display your performance data
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To process your subscription via Stripe
• To allow program instructors to view student progress (school plans only)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Your school — if you are enrolled under a school plan, your instructor can see your progress data

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@registry-ready.com.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform.
